At OurBoldmoove, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms for accepting returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories).

  2. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  3. Certain items may not be eligible for returns, such as:

    • Perishable goods

    • Customized or personalized products

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  1. The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  2. The wrong item was shipped.

  3. The product does not match its description on our website.

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Process for Returns

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.

  3. Shipping:

    • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

    • For other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  1. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

  2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI) or as store credit if preferred.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@boldmoove.com or +91-9884791369.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  1. Sale items or items purchased during promotional events.

  2. Gift cards.

  3. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our return policy.

Important Notes

  1. Ensure that all returned items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  2. Keep proof of shipping until your refund is processed.

  3. Boldmoove reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
